The greatest tool!

On-line Turbo Tax is rather different -- precautio

First year trying the on-line version of Turbotax, I found it quite clunky, requiring elaborate sign-in procedures, and very frequently because anything more than 10 minutes of inactivity and the program goes off-line. I tried to switch back to desktop version and it recommended that I start over again; yeah, sure. Then it got stuck in an endless loop and wouldn't let me continue. Had to call in (after some effort to find a working number), and the quite helpful person managed to help me get the on-line version to move forward. The online version feels very different than the desktop version, so be prepared for some confusion on that front. But the program eventually worked and seems as thorough as the desktop version was before. It's always a process, no matter what, but it gets the job done.
