Overall, it was a good experience.

Overall, it was a good experience. However, it took 4x as long as it predicted, and forced me to upgrade to Premium because I had a 1099 instead of a W2. The AI-generated answers to my questions were useful to better understand taxes.

I am upset that I had to pay an absurdly high amount for my very little earnings on my stocks. I had to pay almost 200x the amount of money I made.

Turbotax software is something form the dawn of the Internet age. Clunky, bad UI, full of glitches. My Oregon tax return was repeatedly rejected. Due to Turbotax software issue. Despite resubmitting multiple times, OR could not validate our ACA / Form 8962 structure. Triggered by linking / structural issue inside TurboTax! And Intuit actually has the audacity to charge me money for this tax software.
