Turbo Tax is preferable to me

I do enter my tax data in three different tax softwares and turbotax seem to beat the other two by simplicity, accuracy and compatibility.

Good but had one problem

It was fairly easy except for the fact that it was difficult to enter an estimated tax payment I made. The online help gave me an incorrect answer (asked me to select an item in a scroll down that wasn't there). I called th Intuit help line and Susan was able to get me to the right place, but it should be easier to find and I shouldn't have to call. You need to fix your online help on this item.

TurboTax is Highly User Friendly

Turbotax is very user friendly and provides extra details you would otherwise have to research yourself. Would highly recommend sticking with turbotax if you have filed with them prior.

Overall, it was a good experience.

Overall, it was a good experience. However, it took 4x as long as it predicted, and forced me to upgrade to Premium because I had a 1099 instead of a W2. The AI-generated answers to my questions were useful to better understand taxes.
