TOO MUCH TURBO TAX MARKETING - CONFUSING

Too much product marketing interspersed in the tax preparation. Becomes time consuming to weed out important information. It's exhausting. At the end, because payment area was unclear, I paid MUCH MORE than I planned, as I accidently checked the upgrade box. I left the product irritated.

Turbo Tax has become easier due to the addition of AI. It is fast and easy to file taxes using the "new" process.

The pricing of this service just to complete a required government return is atrocious and saddening. Can't wait to see what prices are next year for a "Do it youreself" service.

AI was not helpful

The AI tool did not help me fix an issue I was having. During the final review your software let me know I made a mistake and was telling me to fix it, but the information given to me was no specific so I had trouble finding where to go. I asked AI for clarification, but no matter how I worded my question the AI had noo idea what I was asking or how to find the solution. I googled my question and found a forum of real people who were able to point me in the right direction. Please hire real employees who can engage in critical thinking
