Let Me Work - Ask Later

I find the software intuitive and easy to use. My only concern is the frequent prompts for additional services, which interrupt the workflow and feel a bit pushy. I’d rather explore extra features on my own—ideally after I finish the task—than be prompted repeatedly during the process. An option to turn off or reduce these offers would make the experience much smoother.

Not a fan of the entire process

Expensive -- It is simply absurd that one must pay a 3rd party such a fee to file and receive a refund that the government already owes the individual.
Document uploading was glitchy and unsuccessful.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
