Not a fan of the entire process

Expensive -- It is simply absurd that one must pay a 3rd party such a fee to file and receive a refund that the government already owes the individual.
Document uploading was glitchy and unsuccessful.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

The pull down menu's under the federal and state returns... were too broad... couldn't find my way back to make a change in schedule C... very disappointing.. maybe this how turbo tax gets us to pay $200 for expert advise.. i just needed IT!
