Turbotax was good

TurboTax on the Web is Top Notch!!

I have been using TurboTax on the Web for over 25 years. The set of features provided by the online interface are top notch and always adjust to my needs as I work through my tax filing. I've rarely needed any support beyond the online resources that are provided directly within the TurboTax interface. Year after year, I feel confident that I'm filing an accurate and complete return that is taking advantage of all of the available deductions and tax credits applicable to my unique circumstances.

Great, but needs work on ESPP

Overall experience was good. I wish it did a better job automatically determining the cost basis of ESPP stocks. They were all in the report from my broker (Fidelity) but I had to enter them manually.

TurboTax is Dependable and Consistent

The process was straightforward. The TurboTax site was very sluggish. The estimated time to complete the return is significantly lower than the actual time, and I did have all of my information prepared ahead of time. A lot of the additional time was due to the sluggish site.

always good. i enjoy hoe it guides you through the process. the help bar is helpful. it can link up to other organizations to pull information. i also likes how it calculates everything for you. i think anyone can use it.
