every year i have to deal with the state tax confusion. we are a military family, and my spouses should be exempt because we are away from our home of record. but every year this system tries to make us pay state taxes. they continuously update the look of this site, but honestly how hard would it be to just add a dang "military spouse away from home of record and exempt" button. instead of having us struggle with the non-sense. The worst part, if we want to ask just that one question, we had to upgrade for $150 just to ask that one question. a complete sham, its predatory

I've been with Turbo Tax for well over 10 years and it has not failed. Every year there is something new and better for ease and efficiency for filing.
