On-line version less user friendly than desktop

I found navigating to various sections of the on-line version for the federal return much more difficult compared to the desktop versions I've used for the past 10 years. I prefer to choose which information to work on between income and deductions and move back and forth frequently. I fond it impractical to do that with the on-line version. As a retired couple, I rely on turbotax to calculate estimated taxes for the next tax year. There is no feature to account for entering data from 1099Rs. We do not have W-2s, and do not have independent business. A dedicated feature to allow estimated taxes determinations form 1099Rs is essential.

NOT WORKING THIS YEAR FOR ME- USING 10 YEARS NOW

I've been using Turbo Tax for years. This year it was terribly hard to do. Instructions were difficult to understand and asking too many details for miscellaneous income-that is never provided by companies.

Disappointed with experience

I am more disappointed with my experience and the cost for the premium service. There was an error with worksheet that was difficult to resolve. My return was also rejected because it did not verify that one of my dependent was on my ex-wife return.

Feedback on several issues

Very surprised that the system did not prompt me to enter my healthcare information (1095-A) - if I hadn't known to do it there would have been a problem. I was also unable to enter a schedule M and/or make a subtraction from state income - that resulted in a tax burden higher than it should have been. Disappointed as I have been a TT user for years.
