Turbo Tax is Quite Easy to Use

I'm an early retiree with a relatively complex tax return. This was my first experience with TurboTax and the application made the process quite easy. It's been great, so far!

I finally got a return

I did not interface with one of your live representatives. I have used turbo tax for years and I was comfortable with the format. This tax year was quit different. I was able to find answers to my questions. I was annoyed by the continuing up sales through the process. I don't remember this many in the past. Everything worked out and my return sent. Next year I may look for another service. I really don't like annoying up sales

A Frustrating Experience

It's very easy until there's a problem. The software is buggy and you can easily get trapped in an endless loop of trying to correct an issue, especially when the issue isn't explained. Wait times for support are long, if they can help, unless you want to pay $179 for an "expert."
