Not As Good As Last Year

Accuracy was less than expected and less than previous years. My downloaded file was not completely read to populate my return. I had to add some downloaded information manually.

Features were not easily accessible, e.g., internal calculator was not found,

Online version

This was the first year I have used the online version. There was a little bit of a learning curve. I will probably use it again next year though.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments

All good except for one import

All was good except for the importing of my RBC account information - there were a lot of redundant entries I needed to delete.

I don't like this new version

I prefer having the software resident on the PC. Disc or download. I would also prefer the 2023 or earlier input format and interaction. I want to be able to save ALL the inputs/records.
The import feature bombed, twice. I ended up having to delete and re-enter most of the 1099 data manually as it doubled entered data, and got it in incorrectly. Maybe that was a Fidelity issue.

Turbo Tax is Quite Easy to Use

I'm an early retiree with a relatively complex tax return. This was my first experience with TurboTax and the application made the process quite easy. It's been great, so far!
