I've been doing my own taxes for the past 15 years with TurboTax and it was the best decision I made. It is made so easy to complete and submit. They also have a service that provides legal representation if audited. I was audited once where the IRS claimed I owed $3,000 in income tax. The legal representation actually found that the IRS owed me $23!

Turbo Tax is great!

Turbo Tax is always user friendly. If at any time i have a question, the search bar is easy to find, and the response is quick and easy to understand. As a loyal customer, i do feel the price to use this software is getting too expensive. Please consider discounts for customer loyalty.
