Took longer than the tracker told us it would, but was pretty self-explanatory and helped us understand deductions we didn't know about

I have used Turbotax for a decade and this will be my last year using it. It felt like I was fighting ancient software just to do basic things. It bugged and imported invalid numbers for some forms and forced me to spend an entire hour (literally) manually checking boxes due to capital gains.
Even just typing this review and it's riddled with bugs, forcing me to re-type words over and over.

I don't have the compatible Windows yet, but I will be sure to upgrade as soon as I get my tax refund. The online version finally got me where I wanted to go, but it was a struggle at first as it is a lot different than the TurboTax Desktop I have been using for years. Yet, I still have full confidence that Intuit TurboTax is a great tool to use to assure accuracy and security in getting tax returns submitted and refunds returned as soon as possible. Thanks!

The online seemed easier, once I actually got to the forms. Never could get last year's return to transfer.
