turbo tax is acceptable

cost is extreme if i have to complete the work. not all investment companies or banks or even employers are found when trying to import information

IF I DECLINE PREMIUM/ASSIST/ALL UPGRADES - WHY DO YOU KEEP ADDING THESE PREMIUM FEATURES EVERY TIME I LOG IN??
If you can save all my data, you certainly can save my preferences. It’s annoying, And truthfully fraudulent that the program adds it again and again and again every time you log back in!

COST TOO MUCH. Every year . I got $2 back. I did the most basic on your software still had to pay $156
