Turbo tax is very help full

product is good and easy to file tax. In case of tax due situation, It will be better to highlight the reason for the due, that will help to address the situation in future. Also, it will be economical if the fees are lowered.

It works, but its painful.

It was difficult to find where to enter estimated taxes, especially state. It is incredible to me that this is not an automatic question.
The same questions are asked over and over again for no reason.

Needs improvement

Importing my W-2 from ADP didn't work at all, and every year I import my Robinhood forms I always have to correct the 1099-MISC/DIV/INT or classify any rewards received from them. It's stressful and annoying. Idk why it's been unable to automatically process and classify these since at least tax year 2021 (the tax year I started using Robinhood).
Charging this much for services that don't fully function every year is false advertising and costly to me. I never hit the estimated time to file because of this. It always takes about 3 hours instead of 1.5hrs. I can't wait for a free government provided alternative.

Turbo tax is helpful

Turbo tax is ok but not user friendly. It took too long to get it finished.
