Turbo tax is good but used to be better

Used to be better years before when you can review the IRS forms as you input the information. It feels better when you can see what you're doing, as you're filling the forms out.

Turbo Tax Never Disappoints!

I have been using Turbo Tax for years now and I can say that it keeps getting better and better every year! It is extreemely user friendly including it's tips and guidance features. Turbo Tax Never Disappoints!

More difficult to work than expected.

I used Turbo Tax years ago and wanted to save some money by doing it myself again. Much more cumbersome than I expected, and when I reached out for help, a $39 cost, I spent close to 2 hours with the expert who could not give me a workable answer. She was very pleasant but seemed nervous and unsure. I ended up doing my own research on the subject, including calling the IRS who also could not answer my question. A very disappointing experience.
