Helpful Until it's Not

Some aspects of turbo tax save a lot of time, but other times you can get caught in a loop and there isn't a way to move forward. For example, you're asked to fill out a box, you select zero, and go through a bunch of pages, and it sends you back to the beginning because your response "needs review", because it will not accept your answer, and there is no way to override.

TurboTax made the entire process incredibly quick and straightforward once again! This is the 5th time I've used Turbo Tax and it is always makes it a breeze by walking me step-by-step through everything in a way that is super easy to understand. What really stood out was how this year it asked even more follow up questions along the way to make sure nothing was missed. Very thorough and easily one of the smoothest tax filing experiences I’ve ever had.

SO Many Fees

I have used Turbo Tax for years and this year (2025) there were so many fees and things you had to pay for, and you couldn't do your taxes unless you paid. You didn't used to HAVE to pay.
