I find it frustrating to go through your questionnaire asking repetitive questions. It's a time suck. Let me pay early so I can edit inside the tax forms. Also, fix the apply my refund to allow a percentage or a dollar amount. Every adjustment to the return makes me go back into that form. Make it easier to navigate. Also, you're getting to be too expensive.

Too many bugs

Too many bugs. Asked me to add info to a form, but my entry wouldn't update the form, so endless error loop. Had to delete the form to get rid of the error loop so I could file.

Easy to use and accurate

Easy to use, the auto transfer from submitted documents makes submitting information faster and more accurate. The "File now, pay later" page is a little misleading; I did not realize that I should select the "Other options" tab if I did not want this payment plan. Fortunately realized my mistake and corrected my error.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
