Takes awhile for Beginners

Im a 65-year old beginner user of TurboTax. It took me 15-1/2 hours of face time with the program to finish my federal return and state returns. I have to search for info on my previous returns. Also, I had to look up outside of TurboTax guide on several tax info related to my federal return.
I am also a military retiree. The information on a specific box of my 1099-R that TurboTax program was located on a different box of my 1099-R; state witholding tax, etc.

Turbo Tax Is "Fair" also too expensive

Had too many "Aw Snap"s requiring re-entry of info. Also problems getting info from Raymond James. Should have been able to import RMDs

TurboTax input

TurboTax is really good for self preparer, but that I felt that this year's input was not as user friendly as years in the past.

Turbo Tax review reports need help.

The reporting features are the pits. Typically, I can compare prior year tax categories in detail on a single spreadsheet. That is evidently not part of this package which costs the same. There should also be other reports - I couldn't even see the penalty reporting page.
