Sneaky overcharge attempt

I had to wipe it all out because you charged me for expert advice, which I did not know about or use, last year and again this year. You made it impossible to change. Very sneaky for such a good product. I've been a customer for years and years and this upset me. I will look for another product.

Best way to file

Turbo Tax is better than ever. Having filed for 10 past years, I find Turbo Tax to be the best deal for filing even the most complex returns. Highly recommended!

Online turto tax

First time using the on-line product. I'm more comfortable with the desktop version but because I wasn't up to date with the latest version of Windows, I chose to use the online version. I didn't like the stopwatch saying that I would save money if I filed by 3/31/26.
