TurboTax USED TO be Awesome, Now It's Just Arogant

they try to do too much stuff for me and aren't as transparent about potential entries as they should be.
For example they assume you'll take th standard deduction and in doing so they chose not to show questions about potentially deductable expenses.

Turbo Tax is still the best product I have found

I found it more difficult than the disk version (but I am still on windows 10 and didn't have a choice). I couldn't see the updates as I filled out the sections. I was feeling very unsure doing it this way...
I was unable to import my information from Wells Fargo and had to contact them to help me get me my information on PDF files to import (the reason for 3 stars). I did not have this issue with the previous versions.

FORMAT CHANGES EVERY YEAR AND VISIBILITY TO ACTUAL TAX FORMS IS IMPOSSIBLE. THIS IS NOT TRANSPARENT AND I DO NOT FEEL CONFIDENT IN THE PRODUCT. IT IS HARD TO DO A BACKDOOR ROTH IRA AND THE INFO DOES NOT TRANSMIT CORRECTLY TO MY STATE RETURN FOR PA. OVERALL I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT PRODUCT FOR NEXT YEAR.

Too Hard to Navigate

2025 Turbo Tax Desk Top is much harder to use than in the past. There is n o easy way to review the actual tax forms like the 1040 or schedules. It was much more difficult to go back and change entries than in past versions.

Disappointed by glitches saving data

I have had numerous gltches. Saved during work and when I returned all data was lost. Happened twice. I prefer desktop version interface over online interface.
