Turbotax is OK!

Major issue is during checkout for form 8839, you need line, form and schedule but there is no information on how to get it!

Turbo tax was fast and easy as long as you have everything ready and prepared to upload correctly

Turbo Tax makes filing taxes easy!

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years. It is very user friendly. This year was a challenge for me because I was debating whether to use the service, as I had a home sale and needed to report on my taxes.
I paid extra for Turbo Tax form for Capital Gains, but it was worth it. I was able to complete returns myself for less money.

Sadly disappointed in that after being in bed with you for DECADES -- look it up; you have the data -- that I had to buy a Windows 11 computer if I wanted to use the desktop version, despite my computer working just fine on Windows 10. I guess it sucks to be me! So I used your on-line version which doesn't resemble nor is as easy to use as historically, with my desktop version which is also cheaper.
