Your product continues to be user friendly. The exception this year was having to use online version as our computer does not have system requirements to upgrade from Windows 10 to 11.

Crypto is hard but Turbotax is not

Nice and easy, the only thing is that dealing with Crypto was very difficult. Not Turbotax's fault, but the IRS's Turbotax could do a better job of explaining how to fix the digital asset issues.

As always, Turbo is easy to use, with a few parts that require reviewing Turbo HELP, but all in all, met my expectations. I don\t really care for Turbo pulling in info on its own. I prefer to enter info myself. When Turbo imports info on its own, sometimes creates a duplicate record because i have also entered same info and was not aware that Turbo also imported same info. Sometimes te duplicate info that Turbo imported doesn't show up until after I entered the same info.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Really great experience using Turbo Tax. The layout of each section along with the ease of use makes this tax program convenient and easy to use for advanced or simple tax returns. The review and accuracy checking adds an additional comfort level in the data provided. I found the ability to easily upload tax documents for review very useful. overall the support, layout, ease of use, and clear explanation of each tax topic resulted in an amazing tax session.
