I guess it worked

Online version has some differences from desktop version. I didn't like the differences and found it difficult to go back to the appropriate point in the return and make a couple of edits. Also when I wanted to transfer data from my 2024 return, Turbo Tax says the file I saved from last year is a corrupt file or a different format. This is disturbing as I just followed what TT offered to do and then it doesn't work. I've used Turbo tax for years. Also this new online version says that it looks like I didn't use TT tax last year (which I did). This drops my confidence and trust in using the software. I don't like the online version.

Frustrating to enter "OVERTIME PAY"!

It was extremely difficult to access how to apply our overtime to the tax return. Finally, I guessed and entered "Overtime" in the name box on the W2 screen and amount, then everything was OK. This was extremely difficult and time consuming...and FRUSTRATING!

Challenging process

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and I found it's accuracy and interaction more challenging this year. I had particular issues with reviewing our 1099 R forms and connecting with our Financial Institution. AI was a bit too general in some cases.
