Very friendly wizard experience. My tax returns get more and more complicated each year, and I rely more and more heavily on the help features. I'm very happy with this product.

Online Turbo Tax good but harder to maneuver

I've used Turbo Tax for years, and like it. This year I did the online version and it was harder to find and review my returns, especially the state return. I liked when previously I had tabs across the top and could access the federal and state returns more easily.

Product riddled with software errors

product riddled with software errors. Because I entered once that my home is not in US and the later corrected it and also, initially I checked that my Home isn't my main home and later corrected it the software was giving me two errors that I had to clear my return completely and enter it again resulting in great waste of time and sleep I will not recommend this product to anyone else.

I only used this product because I couldn't find another way to submit my state taxes. I really don't enjoy using Turbotax because I do all the work myself and still have to pay a lot of money. It just all seems like a rip-off and a scam.
