I paid for a Turbo Tax Renewal in November 2025 and have received any credit for this payment nor were my previous tax return numbers in my program. I am not happy about this situation and will be calling to resolve. I paid for the 2025 Turbo Tax online program but expect a refund of my November payment .

Nice, but too costly

Been using this product for at least 15 years, possibly longer. Nice retains prior filing year information, but for basic filing that I do, product is getting too expensive.

TurboTax is helpful and straight forward. I was able to find what I needed through AI features. Took me double the time that it stated, though.

Turbo Tax is easy to use! I used a couple different services a few years ago and Turbo Tax is by far the most helpful.

Frustrating experience

Very frustrated that TurboTax could not download information from one of my financial institutions. It took me much longer to file than in previous years, and introduced an inaccurate piece of data that was hard for me to figure out how to correct because the program didn't take me back to the place to edit it.
I like the old appearance and format much better than this new one.
