No reason to charge that much for a same withdrawal from investment. Yet another example of big business taking advantage of taxpayers.

I paid for my copy of turbo tax to download and had issues because I was on windows 10. I eventually use the online version to complete my return and even though i could have completed it for free it was good.

Horrible interface

Interface is horrible. No way to see forms, limited drop downs that are based on an assumed level of complexity of the form that was not accurate. Wasted 5 hours trying to just get to the various sections to input the data. I'm a CPA so it was maddening to know exactly where to put the information in the form and unable to get there because of your restricted interface. Turbotax used to be good, now not so much.
