My W-2 had 2 state accounts, and turbo tax thouht it was incorrect, but it was correct. It made me separate the accounts. It was a little frustrating

Fairly easy to use, although I do not understand all of the tax form information. Also, I have been paying 1040-ES payments with Turbo Tax software for many years, but Turbo Tax did not flag these payments while I was filling out the 2025 forms. I had to bring this to Turbo Tax's attention and then had to go back and include these payments. Fortunately, your chat program was able to help me. Frankly, I thought your previous versions were easier to use and I felt that everything was covered more completely.

Problems from the start

Had problems from the start since TURBO Tax locked me out by upgrading everything to Windows11. I had to go out and buy another laptop! There was a real confusion of trying to enter 1099 MISC info without a 1099 MISC form. One of my downloads came down with an 8 in EIN where should have been a 6. I never found where I could preview and jump to actual pages like last year to visualize a page. Last year I could call free for support and this year there was a cost after I bought the product. Might as well take it to H&R Block when the costs add up.

The product is great, there are a few items it should know, where it gets confused - - the error handeling in the review section is not clear - and needs some work - everything else is great
