Turbo tax was easy with the step by step process, but I am not happy with doing this review having a required minimum response.

TurboTax is fantastic!

TurboTax makes filing my taxes super easy. I have a rental property and complicated assets, but TurboTax makes the process so efficient and simple. Highly recommend!

1st time tried online version. Not as happy/easy

I e-filed 2024 tax of return by TurboTax desktop software and tried the online version for 2025 (both Federal and CA were accepted). It could import the 2024 .tax file, but at the last steps of submitting the file online, it said l did not file 2024 through TurboTax and hence needed to edit a lots of information.

Support was Great! Fee was not!

I called to get help and I received a return call. The Tax Expert was very helpful and patient with me. She answered all my questions and tried to help me get all of my deductions.
I didn't like that I had to pay more just because I needed to file additional forms since I am self employed now.
