Had problems with the income section and, in the end, even though I have filed with TT for years, they said I did not eFile last year. Something about a different account.

Turbo Tax was Easy

This is the first year I used Turbo Tax. I am retired now and had the time to do my taxes myself.
Turbo tax was easy to use with some previous computer experience. I did not need t use the on ine help.
The whole process was fairly easy and I will use them again next year!
