Easy to use

Turbo Tax was easy to use and helped us get the biggest return we could. It was easy to save and start again later.

Turbo Tax Is Awesome

TurboTax made it easy to organize and file my taxes, especially with a mix of business and personal expenses. The platform is intuitive, walks you step by step, and does a good job translating complex tax concepts into simple questions. I appreciated how it handled deductions and guided me through areas like business expenses and loss carryforwards.

turbo is good!

I think it's been easy to use as this is my first year paying off taxes. I had somebody to do it for me but next year I should be able to do my taxes by myself. It is not overly complicated, it just takes time to finish!

Its amazing to use , user friendly, & affordable. The support helps explain things, if you dont know. If you have all your documents to file they help you do the rest. I completed mine in a little over an hr. Thank you TurboTax you make the stress of taxes easy!! I would recommend to anyone 💯🫶🏾❤️🔥

TurboTax workable, but Opportunity for Improvement

I was on average pleased with the software package, but some of the explanations where not accurate and confusing. That the inputs for the 1099Q would not work if cents were used was frustrating and it took a while to figure that out. I was expecting more guidance and explanations on various selections. The 529 inputs section advice implied the software package would prompt for how the withdraws were spent and it didn't. We had to figure out they were to be used in the Deductions & Credits. Overall the package is workable, but there is definitely an opportunity for improvement.

Be up front & honest about your pricing please

I jumped into using Turbo Tax out of the gate. I put hours into my return only to find out you never gave me a choice in price options. I had to erase hours and hours of work because you wanted to charge me $199 for something I never signed up for & I can pay an accountant that amount. The only reason I returned to you for this return is because I wasn't able to get the support I needed from another site. You cost me hours & hours of time & energy.
