New turbotax format SUCKS

Worst experience I have ever had with Turbotax. Change in software from previous years made it difficult to navigate and I never knew where I stood or see how the input translated to the IRS forms until I was completely done. Didn't like that I couldn't go to the forms to see what was going on. I will never use TurboTax again

!took forever to get the download because i bought the program and it took an hour to figure how to use the new program
plus i cant keep on my screen
will not buy next year

good -confusion on transition desktop to online

it was confusing as it went well but at filing it said i used different product. i used turbo tax desktop, i suppose it is different product but is said i did not use turbo tax. that needs to be corrected.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

BIG RIP OFF OF EXTRA CHARGES

i BOUGHT THE SOFTWARE AND ONCE I DOWNLOADED IT AND INSTALLED TURBO TAX KEPT WANTING ME TO PAY MORE.
And it looks like I NOW have to go back and enter the State numbers to be able to mail my return into the State. Very confusing software, not like I've not used it before but never had this much difficulty getting it to print my returns.
