Not so awesome anymore

Seems a bit of a price gouge to me. I understand I had to have premium this year but it should not cost $60+ to E file a state return in addition to cost of Turbo Tax Premium. Even if you spend the extra time trying to switch state to mail, your going to get whacked with the fee anyways. No way it should cost me as much as walking into a tax professional's office.

Prefer Desktop version rather than Online version

Used the online version of TurboTax rather than desktop which I usually use. Definitely prefer the desktop. I found the online version difficult to navigate to find features, it wasn't easy to jump to see the forms to make sure they looked okay or to confirm that all data imported, i.e., interest, dividends, capital gain. The online version said that I hadn't completed my 2024 return via TurboTax which I had. Then had me hunt for the 2024 AGI in my records, when the program had it all along. Upload functionality was great for a couple of documents, but for another, it only picked up one of three mutual funds listed, I had to add the others manually. Accuracy looks good. Overall, makes filing taxes easy.

Delete your tax headaches with TurboTax

Awesome step by step walk through the filing process. People may think TurboTax is a waste of money when in fact, TurboTax SAVES you money by suggesting and finding tax breaks you may not have even thought of. Everything is explained in easy to understand terms with no confusing extras. Recommend Turbo Tax to anyone.

I'm fed up with this product and likely won't be back except to get my past returns. It's overly snarky - all text messages that are inaccurate. It's utterly deceptive. Yes I notice those upgrade games you try to play on your customers that aren't paying attention and it's so pathetic and just scummy. So if that's what y'all are going for congratulations your doing a good job. Get rid of the clock. I don't care how long it takes me to file my return. I care that it's accurate. I'm not going to bother to fill the rest of this out.
