frustrating upsell of premium services

everything went smoothly but it kept trying to upsell me on a premium product which i didnt want. i had to start all over after finishing because the premium product was selected and could not be changed.

Online process good but not perfect

I used TurboTax online for the first time after using the downloaded PC app for many years. The online app was responsive and comprehensive. I really appreciate the help I received.
There were a few things to improve, however. I was confused as to what step do do next. I ended up including one source of income three times, obtaining a huge estimated tax before I was informed that this may have happened. Thus, making tax step navigation clearer is needed. Also, the importing of data on stock market investments left several missing items that I had to fix. I estimate that importing was 95% accurate, which is pretty good.
This year's online version was able to import my old tax files from my desktop readily.
