Unable to buy max without doing over

I wanted to by Max Audit Defense but I was not able to. I contacted support and the first person didn't know how to resolve this and she ended the call. The second time I called I spend 30+ minutes with one rep who brought in a level2 but the only way I could purchase it was deleting my entire return and starting over. That was out of the question. I hope I am able to add this although at this point, it should be free.

1099 entering is not helpful.

The 1099-B, entering is confusing to me. For example, I uploaded the entire 1099 composite document; Turbotax only capture INT, DIV, the 1099-B part is very messy and missed the big portion.

When I filed my 2024 return I found that TurboTax lost electronic record of my 2023, making 2024 a nightmare to file. Did not stand by their lifetime guarantee, 2023 not refunded though no record of the 2023 filing.
