Disappointed this year!

I do not like the newer format at all. Debating switching to alternative next year. I do not like not being able to open last years as I usually do to pull additional info. You've created a monopoly of using you. : (

GETTING HELP IS COMBERSOME AS YOU HAVE TO COMMIT TO PURCHASING HELP WHEN IN FACT IT MAY ONLY BE A SIMPLE QUESTION ABOUT VERSION AND UPLOADS THAT SHOULD BE AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED IN SUPPORT.
