Easy to navigate and find what I'm looking for. Great hints at things to check and complete. Got me done in no time with some fairly complicated entries.

The interface continues to become less intuitive but what bothers me the most is the constant upcharges the software tries to get me to agree to and deceptive and sometimes hidden direction it takes m own

Turbo Tax changes every year, sometimes it's more complicated than others but in the long run, it gets the job done. I liked the experience, it did help me more than I want to admit. .

TurboTax Online is Different.

This was a bit scary not needing to enter all of my information due to the standard deduction amount. It's great that it takes less time. However, it's takes getting used to and need to have trust in the process. Looking forward to seeing how everyone's taxes with this new platform goes. I'm hoping that the accuracy is correct and trusting that the support system will be there (this is what Turbo is known for).

New but not necessarily improved online version

I have been a Turbotax user for over 35 years the 2025 online is very accurate in its processing. Just be aware you will not be able to see or review all schedules or documents until the end of the program and you have paid for the current tax year. The program is not as intuitive as prior years and thus you will need to check your work as you go along in the program. The electronic processing is a great feature.

Turbo Tax efficient

Understanding the prompts and information was very easy. I didn't like that I didn't know if my information was being saved. It is a bit pricey for standard serves when all the tax information is basic. But at least I feel I can trust the services

Turbo Tax didn't help with RMD...so be careful!

I used Turbo Tax last year and I paid for the extras. But when I use Turbo Tax this year, I found out that I had not taken the total amount of RMD funds I was supposed to take in 2024...so I wound up having to pay over $3,500 in penalty fees this year. Turbo Tax had access to my retirement funds in 2024 and should have told me that I needed to take more required minimum distributions. Turbo Tax did not do that, but had another chance it looks like...there is a date by which you can take that RMD and pay no penalties or at least less penalty. So I'm not very happy with Turbo Tax.
