Does every thing, I received interest income info from IRS which I had forgotten about until after I filed my return and it even filed my Amended return state and fed.

Everything went well except the program said that last years forms were started but not submitted. That is not correct. I used the Turbo Tax CD. Taxes were e-filed and refunds received. To complete taxes this year I had to mark that tax forms were printed and submitted. I trust everything will work as well using online as it did with using the CD

I was disappointed with my experience this year, compared to previous years, I felt like there were slimy upselling tactics aimed at scaring you into paying higher fees. Taxes are a mandatory, sometimes confusing, and anxiety inducing experience, and they prayed on that to get more $$ from people. I also thought the cringy product placements (get a refund or GET A REFUND WITH CREDIT KLARNA) made me have less trust in the product overall.

Not so user friendly

I found this year's interface not as user friendly as in the past. I kept seeing "needs review" on my 1099s, until I finally determined that somehow there was several duplicate 1099s. It took me twice as long to complete the return as was estimated.

Great for basic returns

The standard version provides valuable guides to questions throughout the forms, but I find that googling my questions gives more accurate answers from other communities, whereas Turbo's AI generated answers are too generic. I also found the Schedule K1 section very confusing, asking to fill fields that are not available on the forms provided by various companies. I think that as your needs become expansive, it may be best to pay more to have the returns done by an expert. Turbo Tax is set up very efficiently for standard returns.

TurboTax works...

Ease of use and ability to interface with financial institutions. Overall a very simple effort, though had an issue with transmit from Microsoft Edge, had to switch over to Chrome??
