First time using TurboTax, and I'm really glad we switched over. It took a while, but now that I've used it, it'll be much easier and faster the next time.

stop trying to force people into upgrades ,It's one thing to ask but to make it a game to try to navigate around the question is ridiculous and manipulative . . I really doubt Ill use turbo tax again. Just another thing corporate CEOs have ruined . Greedy and untrusting people . I also feel that you made the software less informative just to try and push your tax specialist . Well losing costumers doesn't increase your sales !!!!
