Gets the job done but is too expensive

It works OK but it has become too expensive for what it is. It seems to make some things harder to use without paying extra for support.

It Seemed More Difficult This Year

I found TurboTax more difficult to use this year than in all the previous years that I've used it. Much of the process seemed repetitive and more cumbersome to enter data.

turbo tax is awful

I tried for 2 hours to change apply refund to get refund and it wouldn't change- refuse to pay for help to do something that turbo tax should do- very dissatisfied

Turbo Tax-The Necessary evil!

Did not use Support Services. Taxes keep getting more and more involved, so time required keeps growing. Would not be able to file myself without Turbo tax

Still glitches with QuickBooks compatability

Still crazy how not all the right info is captured between TurboTax and QuickBooks when they are owned by the same company, InTuit. This year's attempt was even worse, as it lost all of my financial institution connections in QuickBooks while doing my tax return import and I had to re-enter my entire business expense list by hand. Not sure I will use TurboTax next year.
