Step by step process provided all necessary information and help. Price quoted for filing the return was a bit confusing, but it was straightened out easily and my return was successfully filed.

Product is not improving as much as expected

The experience has been poor given the high cost of the product.
The return kept asking me to add my 61$ income in 1099 from broker to self employment. How was such a basic workflow missed ? Frustrating given that the same issue has been reported by multiple people over the years.

The Turbo tax program did not pull in my 2024 return. It also would not pull in my Merrill Lynch and employment information. Luckily I could take photos to enter 20 pages

turbo tax lacks

I have filed with turbo tax for 4 straight years. It did not interface with all my brokerage accounts. It said I did not file with turbo tax before and would not transfer my tax from last years turbo tax. These are the reasons I bought turbo tax so I would not have to manually enter information. It also did not give me my 3000 carry forward loss even though i entered it.
