I prefer to work locally on my pc. Unfortunately, I'm using windows version 10, so I have to use the online .

Turbo Tax is Awesome

I'm comfortable using the Turbo Tax prompts. It's mostly the same year after year. I've been using Turbo Tax for many years. The pathway seems reasonable. The checks have always found any errors. I actually look forward to these 2 hours or so. I've used the help on the left border. I saw the AI this time around but didn't it. All in all a good experience for what most people overpay professionals. Me, never.

After using the download version for years, I found the online version inflexible. Support for questions was horrible. May consider looking for a different product next year.

kind of frustrating in that I am not strong on taxes but know enough that some areas were missed. I was able to locate them and correct for this however.... but it could have been missed.

This version if much more difficult to use than the previous 20+ years versions. I will look for a different platform next year.
