I have used Turbo Tax for some years now. It seems to be consistent in being fairly user friendly. As long as I continue to do my own tax preparation, I will be using Turbo Tax.

Complex

i have used this product for 4o years. I am becoming less pleased with it every year. items have become too repetitive. more complex and more difficult to understand. does not return to where you were before entry, but takes you back to beginning. does not ask for information such as Estimated Prepayments!!! You can not see Tax forms until complete which removes the feel of complete confidence.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

An agent gave me a service code for 20% off. It ended up taking $5 off!
Seemed like many bugs this year. Being prompted to show land area on a home that was depreciated years ago? Being shown money owed to a State I hadn't even submitted the loss for yet, then owing $0 to that state and still being billed by turbotax to file with that State. I caught that last one in time!!! Been with TurboTax for many, many years...not sure after this go round.
Cannot even submit this survey because it says no email when there is an email!
