Side panels don't load

Quick easy, found everything I needed. Anytime I clicked on a little question mark or a "what's this" button, the side panel came up but never loaded anything. Very unhelpful, especially because I needed clarification on something but it wouldn't ever load.

TurboTax is good to use.

Good to use. However, if you touch somewhere not right in the screen, TurboTax will disappear and you have to logon again.

I have used turbo tax for many years and each year I find it seems to get a little easier. The one change made I do not like is I have click on review in order to see the refund amount as I enter my information otherwise I have to wait till the end.
