turbo is too complex and not easily utilized

It was not easy to navigate and I would like to have had the ability to see the actual forms during the process. Also the inability to properly account for the cost of event tickets sold and reported on a 1099-k was a problem. I had to investigate how to get around it and found this is a known issue with your product.

Turbo Tax has gotten hard to use - used to be easy

Every year I feel Turbo Tax gets harder and harder to figure out. It used to be great. Now, the interface is confusing and not easy to navigate. For example, adding Other Income doesn't have an actual selection. You only find it later, when there is a review. I also don't like how hard they push the more expensive products. They almost try to trap you into selecting the more expensive products.
