rip off! Got charge more at check out to file.

at the end of filing i was tricked into buying the premium package because i had sold stock or crypto. i used no other features and would rather pay per form. I will not use this intuit platform again. the cost to file was more than my return. no additional tax breaks were found, i got ripped off from keepking my hard earrned money for filing with turbo tax

NO SUPPORT NUMBER or CHAT online!!!

NO SUPPORT NUMBER unless you pay extra! THE FORM WOULD NOT LET ME PUT MY FULL NAME IN on one of the selections. It had already chosen my first and last name only, and, though it asked me to put in my FULL name, would not let me put in my full name. NO SUPPORT NUMBER or CHAT!!!

I had a question regarding a problem with being able to change my return before filing it. I was able to speak to a Live rep and he helped me quickly and resolved my issue.

I don't like that I have to be signed in to Intuit to work on my taxes and it seems more complicated than it needs to be.

Easy to complete, and it helps you make sure you have everything correct but sometimes it I feel it asks the same Question again.
