Such a bad experience. Took all day to complete. Rad to reenter the same information over and over again. No clear explanation for what issue was.

Each year it gets more difficult to use Turbo Tax

I had to jump through hoops to E-File my federal return. It took over 1 hour after I completed my return. I was told that there was no record of me e-filing my 2024 returns with Turbo Tax even though I had done so.

We were frustrated with the difficulties we encountered in changing from the desktop to online version of Turbo Tax. Customers should be informed of what to expect when making this change. Customer support was quickly available and helpful, which was appreciated.

When I annualized my income, it was all based on info I'd already uploaded. That should be automatic.
