constant upsells, and then ridiculous charges for Schedule D carryovers when they have done nothing at all.

Online vers TTax not fully compatible with desktop

We don't have a windows 11 computer and had to use the online version that seemed to be included with our purchase. We were able to import our last year's tax info, but at the end of the process it did not understand that we used turbo tax and we had to find our paper copy of it to enter the AGI.

WORST tax filing experience ever.

ZERO transparency on prices and fees. The absolute WORST EXPERIENCE. In addition it kept glitching and I had to redo sections over and over again. I will never use turbo tax again, and will spread the word.
