It is awesome friendly to use, guided ... but sometimes the explanation appears to the write of he screen when needed , it not updated with the same exact names or titles at the drop down menu at the left of the screen.

TurboTax is a scam!

Infuriating that TurboTax only lets you see riddles as you complete your return, and you can't look at the actual forms and worksheets until the final review.
ALSO INFURIATING THAT TURBOTAX KEEPS AUTOSELECTING "AI-GENERATED REVIEW TOPICS" AND INTERRUPTING MY TYPING AS I COMPLETE THIS REVIEW.
For any level of complexity, TurboTax is a pain to use. Support is not as sophisticated as I would have liked. I shudder to think of how many government dollars were used for Deloitte or similar entity to workshop the translation of tax worksheets to TurboTax riddles. I realize my filing fee funds TurboTax's lobbying efforts against the IRS making direct taxpayer filing easier, free, and accessible. The government knows what I owe, I am willing to pay it, I resent that I have to become my own accountant or pay TurboTax to determine what I owe. This is a scam.

It so easy to download the info. This new version of software is as easy as the previous to use.

worst and most time consuming tax return ever

We had to use the online version because turbo tax wouldn't work with our browser. We found the online product to be very glitchy. For example, it would not populate our information (i.e, name, adress, etc,) onto to the state return, no matter what brower we used. We finally had to borrow a laptop from our daughter with a updated brower to resolve this issue.
