TurboTax continues to be my Tax Software of choice

This is the first time I used the on line version. It is a bit different from the desktop version. Both have their pros and cons. I'm not as comfortable with the on line. If I wasn't aware of some of my tax situations, I may ha ve missed some steps. I did really like the AI chat and was able to get most of my questions answered using it.

It was easy to use. I was able to complete standard federal and state tax returns in about 4 hours.

Not the same good, intuitive, product-Too Bad

Very disappointed that the app could not find my previous tax forms for use in filling out this year's forms. I have been a Turbo Tax user for over 10 years. This is crazy. I will be looking for alternatives.

Very Disappointed.

For all the hype of Turbo Tax, not worth it. Very frustrated in end user feature and ability to compare filing options. uploaded all tax docs, completed joint filing and was interested in difference if filed married-filing separately - had to start over, couldn't use the already uploaded files and had to re-upload again - turbo tax wouldn't or couldn't use already uploaded files???. Then very document needed to be "reviewed' because turbo tax kept thinking none or the value zero (which was entered by the financial institutions on forms) was not valid.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
