Automation broken, terrible interface&manual entry

I've used Turbo Tax on desktop for a decade. I thought going to the online would be better as when I called into customer service they could only see information if it was online. instead I got hacky software which didn't allow the changes necessary (had to be manually overridden, reworked, restarted multiple times). I am pretty sure I could vibe code something better. At the end of the day I doubt I'll use it again next year if this is the direction of the software. Even this stupid review box is being modified by AI to change my words to something that I am not even saying... This software has become garbage and it's really disappointing to see how much they've broken it without any major improvements. On the plus side, when the software crashed so spectacularly over and over and over again - at least they provided a feature to manually scan or take a picture to capture your data manually. Summary: The best feature on this terrible software is the fact that you can now added things manually or with a picture when all of their systems break.

Turbo Tax needs more work

very good with giving advise for expenses when you are a home owner. For the past 3 years I have owed thousands but I finally got a return this year. it is nice doing it yourself knowing you are not getting scammed.
